iflydesigns.com is a secure shopping site. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We use Authorize.net software to protect our customers.

Your order will be promptly filled after we process your payment. Items that are in stock are shipped within seven days. Because many of our products are handmade, we may occasionally run out of a product. If there is a delay, we will email you with the expected delivery date. You may choose to wait for the item, substitute another product, or cancel your order at that time.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days. Upon return of your purchase, provided it is still in new condition, we will refund your purchase price. Just send the package back to us, along with the original packing slip, via insured priority mail. Please email us at iflydesigns@comcast.net for the proper address for returns before sending the package. iflydesigns.com does not pay the return shipping costs. We will notify you as soon as your refund has been processed.
